Your journey begins the moment you turn off the Porvorim circle. Set amid the green calm of North Goa, the Ayurshree building rises in warm, classical lines — a quiet landmark that signals you have arrived somewhere restorative.
Ample parking, step-free access and a shaded forecourt make the welcome effortless. Before you have even stepped inside, the pace slows — exactly as Ayurveda intends. Healing, after all, begins with arriving fully.

Step through the doors into a soaring lobby crowned by a sculpted staircase and the blessing आयुर्वेदी भव — an invitation to make Ayurveda an integral part of your daily life. Green marble arches frame the hall, catching the soft Goan light.
Every material was chosen to settle the nervous system on sight: natural stone underfoot, hand-finished woodwork, and a hush that carries the faint warmth of herbal oils. This first breath inside is, quite deliberately, the first step of your treatment.

At reception you are greeted by name, not a number. Our front-desk team guides you through your appointment, answers questions and helps first-time visitors feel instantly at ease beneath a wall inscribed with a healing Sanskrit shloka.
While you wait, settle into the lounge — soft seating, gentle lighting and curated art create an unhurried calm. There is no rush here; consultations are unhurried by design, so your appointment begins the moment you are ready.

The heart of any Ayurvedic center is its Dispensary. Behind our sage-green dispensary counter sits a carefully sourced apothecary of classical formulations — churnas, kashayams, arishtas, ghritas and herbal oils — many prepared to time-honoured recipes.
Every remedy dispensed here is matched to your prescription after diagnosis: nothing synthetic, nothing generic. This is where Dr. Uppoor's personalised plans become tangible, translated into the precise herbs your constitution needs.

In these private suites, Dr. Sudhindra and Dr. Hema Uppoor practise the diagnostic art Ayurshree is known for. Through Naadi Pariksha (pulse reading) and Jihva Pariksha (tongue examination), imbalances in Vata, Pitta and Kapha are read at their root — often long before symptoms appear.
Here the conversation matters as much as the pulse. Your history, digestion, sleep, stress and lifestyle are mapped against your unique prakriti, and a bespoke plan of therapies, herbs, diet and daily rhythm is written just for you. This is the procedure that shapes everything that follows.

Different ayurvedic therapies like abhyangam, shirodahara, patrapindasvedam(kizzi), udvartanam, leech therapy, bhasti and Panchakarma(5 fold cleanse) all happen in this well equipped therapy rooms.
Not everybody needs to do a Panchakarma detox, they can also simply try a relaxing ayurveda massage, potli massage, shirodhara etcDifferent ayurvedic therapies like abhyangam, shirodahara, patrapindasvedam(kizzi), udvartanam, leech therapy, bhasti and Panchakarma(5 fold cleanse) all happen in this well equipped therapy rooms.
