Our Cancellation Policy
Refunds are based on how far ahead of your appointment you cancel.
Full refund
More than 48 hours before
Cancel with 48+ hours' notice for a 100% refund.
50% refund
Between 48 and 24 hours before
Cancel within 48–24 hours for a half (50%) refund.
No refund
Less than 24 hours before
Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method after our team reviews the request. Refund timelines depend on your bank.
